Make your next decision with the clarity of hindsight.

BEFORE HOURS ARE WORKED OR MONEY IS SPENT.

DID YOU KNOW YOU MAKE MORE THAN 35,000 DECISIONS EVERY DAY?

And every single one is about where to spend your resources, like time, money, effort, or attention.

IT’S OK. TRY TO PROVE ME WRONG. I’LL WAIT.

Those resources? They’re not unlimited.

ONCE THEY’RE GONE—THEY’RE GONE.

Which means, every decision you make is really an investment in your business’s future success, whether you treat it like one or not.

You need those investments to be wise.

THE PROBLEM IS, IT’S NOT ALWAYS EASY TO KNOW WHAT “WISE” IS BECAUSE

It’s hard to see the label when you’re inside the jar.

What’s normal to you, someone else might immediately question.

You don’t know what you don’t know.

How do you take into account something you don’t even know exists?

There can be so many options that it’s overwhelming.

Analysis paralysis and decision fatigue are buzzwords for a reason.

Decisions rarely happen in a calm, well-lit room.

They happen under deadlines, stress, and “we just need to pick something.”

So you do the only thing you can do: make the best call you can with the information you have.

THEN, CROSS YOUR FINGERS AND WAIT FOR HINDSIGHT TO KICK IN.

Not because hindsight is magic, but because hindsight is the moment when you finally have all of the information.

P.S. IT’S ALSO THE MOMENT AFTER YOUR LIMITED RESOURCES HAVE BEEN SPENT.

What if there is a way to “live” the outcomes now, so when you do finally commit, it’s not a leap of faith…it’s a decision built on better information, clearer assumptions, and sound logic?

The Logic Lab is a 90-minute decision simulator that moves the future into the present so your next decision feels like it was made in hindsight.

We don’t tell you what to do—we tell you what’s real.

IN THE LOGIC LAB, WE PUT YOUR THINKING UNDER A MICROSCOPE, THEN POKE IT, DROP IT, DROWN IT, AND LIGHT IT ON FIRE.

The goal is to

  • CONFIRM actions align with goals, not frustrations.

  • EXPOSE assumptions that have been treated like cold, hard facts.

  • VERIFY if/then scenarios aren’t actually best-case scenarios.

  • UNCOVER signals that we’re dealing with symptoms, not the cause.

The Logic Lab is for you if…

  • You’ve spent weeks weighing the pros and cons and still can’t pick a side.

  • You are about to make a significant investment, but aren’t sure if it's a wise one.

  • Something didn't go as planned, and you need to minimize the damage.

  • You’re worried you’re about to double down on something that’s just a dud.

  • You have 50 things on your to-do list and have no idea where to start.

Whether you’re looking to explore options, choose a direction, or validate one you’ve already picked, the Logic Lab will tell you if your logic is sound—or just wishful thinking.

“I’ve been thinking about this for weeks. This cut through it in an hour.”

MEET YOUR LAB PARTNER

Hi, I’m Kori.

I’ve spent years working across strategy, operations, finance, and marketing. So, I don’t just see businesses from another angle—I see it from all of them.

MY SUPERPOWER IS LOOKING AT A MESS OF MOVING PIECES AND SEEING HOW THEY FIT TOGETHER—FOR BETTER OR WORSE.

  • The potential in a great idea and how to reach it.

  • Where logic gets shaky and plans might break.

I use these skills to analyze businesses without the baggage of being the one who built them.

  • To see the parts that the owners are too close to see.

  • To poke holes in their logic.

  • To pressure-test their assumptions.

  • To ask the questions they don’t know to ask.

NOT BECAUSE I’M AN ASSHOLE, BUT BECAUSE

I’d rather your idea break in a 90-minute session than fail after a six-month rollout.

And the best way I can do that is by making sure you’re making a call based on

SOLID INFORMATION AND SOUND LOGIC, NOT PANIC, WISHFUL THINKING, OR A HALF-LIT VERSION OF THE TRUTH.

“Kori asked the questions I didn’t even know to ask.”

What Happens in the Lab

NO 3-MONTH DISCOVERY PHASE; JUST A RIGOROUS SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH.

01 | Pre-Lab Briefing

You’ll share what’s going on, what you’re considering, what feels clear and unclear, and the data that supports it. I'll dig into it all before we meet so we can hit the ground running.

02 | Decision Simulation

Then we’ll meet. I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions, and walk you through scenarios so you can see exactly where your thinking holds up and where it needs work.

03 | Lab Report

After we’re done, you’ll get a recap of tests conducted, angles viewed, and scenarios walked through, and a summary of where the logic held up and where it didn’t.

You’ll walk away with…

Clarity and confidence in what parts of your logic are objectively solid, what assumptions were masquerading as fact, what needs further validation and how to best allocate your time, money, and effort.

A Gap Map that pinpoints where your logic needs more support…

And a Decision Readiness score.

You don’t have enough information, or there’s something bigger going on.

C’mon, you’ve been thinking about this for weeks.

Let’s figure it out in 90 minutes.

Common Questions

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ENTERING THE LAB.

How much does it cost?

The Logic Lab is $1,500 per session and includes the Pre-lab Briefing, 90-minute Decision Simulation, and Lab Report. For a limited time, it is being offered at a reduced rate of $500 per session to the first 5 customers who sign up in May.

How quickly will I recoup my investment?

One bad hire or one failed pivot costs $100k+. The Lab costs a fraction of that and takes 90 minutes. It is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy for your logic.

How do I know if this is for me?

Most people enter the Lab when things are going well and they want to ensure their next big investment doesn't derail their momentum.

This is for people who are ready to think clearly, tell the truth, and make better decisions.

You should probably pass if:

  • You want someone to organize your tasks or tell you what to do

  • You haven’t spent any time thinking about the situation yet

  • You’re looking for ongoing support or accountability

  • You mostly want reassurance that you’re already right

How much time does this take?

About two hours total: 20 minutes for intake, 10 minutes to pull together the data, and 90 minutes for the session. I do the heavy lifting in the analysis phase before we meet.

What data do I need to provide?

I’ll issue a Vitals Request based on your intake—usually high-level financials and org charts. If you don’t know your numbers, that’s your first gap.

Is this a full audit of my business?

No. It’s a contained, one-off audit of your thinking on a specific situation. If we find you need deeper work, we can discuss what that looks like—but there’s no obligation.

What if I get a Red Light?

Then the session just saved you a fortune. A Red Light means something upstream needs attention. It doesn’t mean your idea is bad. It means we need to look harder before you commit.

What if I like to make decisions with my gut?

In the Lab, we give your gut more information. Even if you decide to go with your instincts, you’ll do so knowing they are well-supported by reality.

The quality of your decisions determines the limits of your success.

Use the Logic Lab to make well-informed decisions about what’s worth pursuing, what needs more thought, and how to best invest your time, money, and effort.
