Hi, I’m Kori, business designer and advisor, and founder of Whitespace Consulting.
I’ve spent the last two decades inside growing businesses, figuring out why success so often becomes harder than it needs to be.
My background spans operations, finance, marketing, staffing, and strategy. That combination gives me a different lens than most traditional consultants. I don’t just look at isolated departments or individual problems. I look at how the entire business is functioning together.
Over the years, I noticed something: The businesses struggling the most were rarely lacking talent, effort, or ambition. Usually, the business itself had become difficult to operate. And everyone slowly normalized the chaos as “just part of growth.”
